Achieve monthly sales performance objectives through effective sales presentations to customers, efficient territory management, and thorough product knowledge (including knowledge of competitive products  • Promote admixing and compounding products to identified, targeted prescribers in assigned geography to drive product awareness, adoption, and routine prescribing of products • Maintain effective coverage of sales territory through consistent customer targeting, call routing, and routine follow up of all identified, targeted customers • Maintain accurate and complete records of sales, customer and territory account information, sales funnel, and product information • Maintain and consistently adhere to territory sales plans to maximize sales performance • Maintain consistent, routine communication with colleagues (phone, email, written) to consistently improve territory and corporate sales performance • Maintain consistent adherence to high standards of professionalism and performance Performance Expectations: Meet monthly sales objectives as defined by corporate objectives (as measured by Monthly Territory Zip Code Sales Reports) • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly customer call activity goals • Meet administrative expectations as defined by senior management * Work from home

Description:

The account manager promotes admixing and compounding medications. You will promote, identify and generate sales within your territory that includes physicians, hospitals, dentists, veterinarian and other opportunities. You serve as the company’s primary customer interface. The primary activity of all account manager is to effectively represent the company and the company’s products and generate sales. You maintain an active customer call file, makes sales calls on identified and targeted inpatient pharmacies, and promote the product values and patient benefits of the company’s products to continually drive awareness, adoption, and customer support.
